This could be the oddest cap experience I've had. I don't know what was going on but when I pulled in there were a lot of people dressed up in animal costumes walking around. I parked beside a guy using the power outlet for a block heater as his laptop charger and just kind of watched. All these people were walking around in these animal costumes and getting their pictures taken by what appeared to be professional photographers. I looked to where I thought the cap would be and it looked like it was where they had a tent set up. I was already regretting the conversation that I was going to have with one of the "horses" or "unicorns" explaining how I needed a shot on this survey monument for control for a survey I was doing and the further explanation that I might have.

Oh well, so I started to walk over thinking about this conversation, avoiding any animal contact when I noticed that my GPS was pointing on the side of the gazebo that their tent wasn't on. What a relief, went over snapped my pics and left. I'm still not sure what was going on but they were having a lot of fun and it was a good day for it. Thanks for the cap with the great view.
Cap in great shape, nicely encased in a concrete home. Great view's all around too.

Grabbing a few more BCPs today over lunch. This was the easiest BCP find so far. When I walked up the cap and concrete pad were sitting above the snow. Something was going on at Government House but the cap was in a nice quiet location. On the way back to the car got the pleasure of meeting a very friendly labrador. Overall a nice way to spend a lunch break.
Thanks outforthehunt for another BCP.
