Our approach brought us in from the top of the valley on the north side and the views that opened up as we began descending were quite spectacular with the big bridge spanning the valley down below really grabbing ones attention and just holding it. A very scenic spot, especially with the big blue skies that prevailed on the day...it would have been great to get some photos from up top, but that will just have to wait for the next visit.

The cap was a fairly straigtforward find.

There was a significant loss and gain of elevation to drop down to the river and go back up with a neat looking bridge. What an interesting river valley. We pulled into the park and quickly ascended the hill up the NW side of the bridge to the cap with a bridge view. Thanks for a fine cap location OFTH!

This one took me a while! All I can say is that if there was a capping "Good Book" there would be a line in it somewhere saying, "Blessed are they who upload helpful context shots so that others can find the frickin' cap!" Thanks to both dronnord and Canadian Rockies. When I first ascended the small hill to this one, I was stymied. There didn't seem to be a guide post and I guess I was interpreting the other part of the hint in the wrong way.

Okay, I'll just get back to car parked under the bridge, fire up the computer and see if there are any context shots. Well, of course down here there was absolutely NO cell coverage (the phone serves as a wifi hotspot for the computer). So what to do. I tried again in the nearby parking lot thinking I might get a signal. I did, but it died again. I decided to exit the area and after driving across this extremely cool suspension bridge and continuing up the road about 10 minutes, I tried again with success after pulling into an approach.

After finding the pics, "Ah, so THAT'S where it is!" I returned down the valley and across the bridge again and this time found the guide post hidden in tall thick grass and made a quick find!

It was all worth it and thanks for the cap!
