Rats, DNF!!! Similar to the previous few logs, there wasn't a power pole close to GZ per the hint. A thorough search didn't reveal the cap.

This would be the first of two dnfs on the day. CR's log explains the situation pretty well. The area has been redeveloped and the cache site is no longer as described.

The power pole in the hint/description is gone, and GZ is under pavement. My metal detector did not "beep" near GZ, so it is possible that it was bulldozed when the road was constructed.

I strongly suspect this cap is gone. The whole area around Ground Zero has been bulldozed, as it appears a new development will be built here soon. There was no metal guard post nor even a utility pole. Maybe someone with a metal detector can find the cap, but I'd be surprised. See photo.
