Found this brass cap while making our way out to Veteran for a memorial service for one of the Cub's and my aunts. It was a bit of a dismal day with light rain, but that didn't deter us from making a few stops along our route. Thanks for keeping this site alive Van der decken.

(FOUND). Ladybug and I were in Veteran today at our Aunt's memorial service. After the service and some visiting, we left our two elderly aunts to continue visiting and slipped out to find this brass cap and the four caches in Veteran. We weren't gone long so hopefully we weren't conspicuous by our absence. No problem finding this cap but the lettering/numbering was pretty obscure.

We were on our way to Consort after finding a cache in Veteran and made a stop here for a cache and the BCP. A two for one deal! We just needed to turn around after finding the cache to spot the cap behind us. We cleaned off some grass and took pictures of the square cap. Thankyou Outforthehunt.

This one had us running back and forth across the road to determine the right cap. We needed an omen from above to determine the right location and when we spotted the dead crow we figured that was the sign.
