The ditches indicated that there'd been lots of rain here recently, but the important ditch, the one between us and this cap, was squishy but free of water. Once we pulled the tall grass back we found this cap dewy and fresh and in excellent condition. All markings are deeply stamped and clearly readable. Great view from here of green with patches of canola yellow topped with interesting clouds. The hawks were enjoying flying through the sunshine. Just as we crossed back over the tracks we heard a train whistling through Viking. He cut off access to the cap before we pulled away. That was close--it was a long train! This was our first BCP find on the way to the Sails, Rails and Tails 2016 (WestCan6) mega event in Cold Lake. Thanks for an interesting cap in a scenic rural spot, outforthehunt.

In Town for the weekend to attend a wedding. We camped at the hall parking lot and I can tell you that there is a train going through that town every 22 minutes. And those trains sure like their whistles

Came by Sunday morning before hooking up the trailer and heading home. tfth

The last time I was through here I was pulling an RV trailer and couldn't manage a turn around here.

No such issues today and another cap find is mine.

Thanks.
