Out with LadyViper in a part of the province I have never seen. The weather was turning bitter cold and we hoped that we wouldn't have to dig through frozen ground to find this cap....Thanks for the hunt!

Thanks goodness for the survey stick that took us right to the brass cap here today. We could feel the weather turning colder by the minute so we decided to head back north (home).

Thanks for the cap OFTH (photo sent)

We were camping in Coronation for a few days and taking some road trips. We had picked up a few caches in Castor and stopped for this BCP too. We parked on the side of the road but saw no indications of a survey stake or other such indicators. Mr. ManjaLou got us to approximate GZ and we started searching in the tall grass and weeds. We then spotted a couple of wooden stakes with pink flagging on them laying on the ground and narrowed our search there. Mr. ManjaLou got a small garden trowel out and started poking around. We were happy to hear a thunk and started digging around it and soon the cap was exposed. It needed some cleaning up before pictures. Mrs. ManjLou stuck one of the stakes back in the ground for a context shot. Thankyou Outforthehunt for a BCP in a pretty town that we had enjoyed touring around.
