The cap was a quick find but I stayed to admire this extremely well kept farm out at the end of this road. It almost looked out of place given the location on the prairie and was more in line with an acreage near a city. Thanks for the adventure.

The freshly graded road made this a relatively smooth drive back to the cap. Found the cap under the remnants of the wooden survey stakes. TFTCap

We spent a few days camping with relatives and caching and capping around Moose Jaw and Medicine Hat. Today it was time to head home and we decided to head up Highway 41 (The Buffalo Trail) and grab some caps and caches along the way.

This cap site has a couple of red herrings, and we initially investigated the wrong post, and then after finding the correct post we looked at the wrong divot. Finally, found the cap in good shape.

Thanks for the cap, outforthehunt!

The nuvi was the hero when finding this one. It routed me to the spot at the back gate of someone's farmstead in what I couldn't tell was a past village or just a collection of farm yards and businesses.

On this one, I used an offshoot of my “trip over the cap” (TM) method to make the find. Instead here I accidentally stepped in the obvious divot the cap lives in – completely exposed mind you. I was actually on my way to clean out a divot right beside the nearby marker post. Well, I'm glad I can mix things up a bit.

Thanks for the cap!
