Today my wanderings took me past both of the listed brass caps in the Waiparous area. I knew about the difficult one which I decided not to try, but then I also accidentally flew by the easy one without even realizing it. Oops. Feeling bad about all of that, I contented myself with getting this one on the way back home. Still eroding but still there!

I wasn't sure which was the best way to approach this cap I ended up approaching from the northwest direction; I have no idea if the other way(s) would have been easier or not. I sure hope the erosion at GZ doesn't take this cap with it. I was a bit concerned about my safety but it turned out to be a non-issue. Most of the information from the cap is readable after a close examination. TFTBC.

I'm down to a final day to add to my large cap haul this month. This cap would be one of twelve that I found this afternoon pushing my total for the month into three digits. Today was focused on a few caps on the western outskirts of Calgary and those in and around Cochrane.

I heard about this cap during my last breakfast event nearby. I had other plans for the day then which left it to be a part of this big cap day. No problem finding it. Thanks for the cap.
