We camped at nearby Writing On Stone PP for the weekend and since it was Father's Day today, the rest of the crew had no choice but to hunt for a few brass caps on the way home! This was a quick walk and find. I would hate to be the one taking any rail cars across the ravine fill as it appears to have settled and may end in disaster!

I was unsure of the approach to this one, but a quick check of vdD's log and I had all the info I would require. Littlest TiE and I headed down the train tracks and ended up startling some deer nearby. It was a short stroll over to the cap which was in great shape. Foremost was sure quiet early in the evening tonight. Not a soul in sight. A nice peaceful cap location. Thanks OFTH!
