One the way up the hill to the museum I saw a Bull Terrier running up the hill along the road in front of me. Hmmm. that's odd. That's not your usual out-doorsy kind dog. It turns out the owner was "walking" his dog by driving up the hill in his truck and making the dog run after the truck behind him. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Finding the cap was pretty straight forward though. I smiled about that. On the way down the hill leaving the area, sure enough, the truck was driving up the hill again with the dog running behind it. Wow. Then tayed over at the RV park we were at, for another week to do some more caching and take in the Cold Lake Air Show the following weekend. The weed whacker operator paused to let us pass and greeted us pleasantly as we headed down the well trod geotrail. The guide post is easily visible over the tall grass and, with so many recent visits, the cap only needed a few blades of grass moved before the pictures could be taken. While walking back along the chain link fence, we thought we heard a shout over the din and looked back to see a GPS toting fellow on the other side. He asked about the cap and we pointed out the marker. All he had to do was get on the right side of the fence! Once we hit GZish, we all parked at the gate to the museum, with another vehicle, which turned out to be someone just waiting for a co-worker? to open the gate and let them in.
