Failed to locate this one. I reviewed previous logs while on site and found Mr. Canoehead's photo from September of 2016 which provided some of the best context and it looks like the sidewalk was reconfigured to add a wheelchair cutout and the spot where the cap was located may now be under concrete. A lot can change in the 3+ years since anyone last logged this one. Or, I may have just missed it -- I know it has happened before.

This was my third HR cap today. I am getting better at spotting them but sometimes they are hidden in plain sight. I have the numbers and will try to add a photo later. Thanks for efforts at keeping this going - I really like this addition to my geocaching activities.
