Contrary to what's noted about this cap being 10 cm AGL, it's now about 43 cm below ground level! We might have used some water to clean the cap up a bit, but hadn't brought any along. It may not have helped as the cap has many deep gouges making it hard to read. Glad the ground finally thawed out and we could get this one. Thanks for the caps in Leduc that we've enjoyed over the years, ofth!

Out getting a few more BCPs south of Edmonton.

Thought I was being so smart picking the right place to park on google maps prior to getting here. I was fooled by the fence mentioned by others. We ended up putting in a few more steps to get to the end of the fence a walk back to within metres of where we were. Glad someone else dug the hole for us. The cap itself is pretty scarred so couldn't read the numbers for it.

Thanks outforthehunt for all the BCPs and the fun I've had over the last couple weeks getting most of the ones in the Edmonton area.

Since this cap was so close to our 'stomping grounds' we just had to go for it while we still could. Thanks to the previous finders for 'excavating it' as it is about 25 cm BGL as opposed to 10 cm AGL as in the description.
